Aris has worked as a trainer since 2007, and he obtained the DiSC consultant’s certificate in 2008. He has collaborated with such companies as Latvenergo, SEB, BAYER, Colgate-Palmolive, KPMG, Aldaris, PRISMA, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Equinox Payments. Work experience before starting out as a consultant ranges for 16 years in sales and marketing, human resources and other management positions in both international and Latvian companies (Philips, Netcards, Hilti).

Education: MBA Riga Business School, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics from Riga Technical University
