Value-based management training

Value-based management training is usually a part of the process of changing the culture of an organization and is based on the values and necessity to change of this particular organization. At the training, managers will analyze themselves – their values and leadership style, assess the current situation and capacity to change. Behaviors of the manager that support the desired cultural changes are often described.

Ask yourself:

  • When and how do the managers in your organization talk about values?
  • How do the managers in your organization support the value-based behavior of employees?
  • Do managers make values-based decisions also in difficult situations?
  • What does it actually mean to be an example as a manager?
