Change management training

Basic training efficiency is often quite low. Participants attend the training, acquire new knowledge, but do not implement the knowledge promptly and adequately in their work. This challenge in mind, we have established a change management training format, which is completely different and much more effective.

This change management course is a development program based on real cases and practical tools. The program and its tools have been created in collaboration with our Scandinavian partner Implement Consulting Group based on their many years of international experiences in consulting a great number of managers and organizations. The training has been successfully carried out in dozens of groups in Estonian organizations.

Duration of the training: 1–4 days, preferably for at least 2 days.

Ask yourself:

  • How can I be ready for constant changes and help managers cope with increasingly complex changes?
  • How should I plan the change to ensure the desired results?
  • How do I overcome resistance and get people involved?
  • How do I change attitudes and implement the new desired behavior?
  • How do I find a common framework, language and tools for change management?
