Jari has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and trainer of leadership, innovation, process management and quality. Jari is from Finland, but today he has been working as a consultant in Estonia for more than 10 years (he speaks fluent Estonian). Jari is an award expert for Estonian management quality, quality award expert for vocational schools, diagnostics expert for Enterprise Estonia and an assessor of the European quality award.
