Engagement and dialogue

One of the main reasons why strategies and organizational innovations do not achieve the desired objectives is related to the insufficient involvement of employees. Studies have shown that only 14% of employees are highly motivated to implement the company’s strategy, and this is a sign of insufficient engagement.

People are more keen on ideas and improvements are more successful if employees from different organizational levels have been effectively involved in the development of ideas and innovative plans.

We have created unique dialogue methods to engage people in any change process. Read more about them here.

Ask yourself:

  • What was the result we recently achieved by engaging employees in the discussion of the development of the organization? How could we engage people more effectively?
  • How many improvement suggestions do we receive from your employees in a day, month, a year?
  • How many of them are implemented in real life?
  • On a daily basis, how much do our managers use dialogue and engagement in communicating with employees?
