Supporting and management of a change project

Change project and the management thereof involves several phases (see the illustration). In each phase, there are certain critical activities, the execution of which greatly increases the chance of success. Skipping key activities at the right time tends to lead to wasted time and resources.

It is good that these key actions can be improved, and the involvement of an external consultant can help you to create clarity in the focus of the change project and the best methods for supporting it. We work with the customer’s managers to find a functioning and effective way to carry out the change. We can rely on the extensive experiences we have gained from providing advice on different organizational changes.

Read about our dialogue methods that support the implementation of change projects through effective involvement and focused discussions.

Ask yourself:

  • How do we measure the success of the change project?
  • How do we know that we are carrying out the right activities in order to achieve the desired result?
  • Which activities and in which order can help us achieve our goals?
  • How can we manage different risks associated with the change and use all the available advantages?
  • How can we achieve the desired changes in people’s behavior and attitude?
