Additional information:

  • The training fee includes catering during all three training days (morning snacks, coffee breaks, and lunch). Participants are required to bring a laptop or tablet with WiFi access and Microsoft Office installed.

  • Please note that in order to receive the Prosci® program certificate, participants must:
    a) pass the "knowledge check" on Days 1 and 2 by answering at least 80% of the questions correctly,
    b) not miss more than 2 hours of the training program,
    c) prepare and present a specific change management plan (may be done in groups or individually).

Consultant:

Lukas Mackevičius is a consultant and partner at Change Partners, a certified Prosci instructor, and the most senior change management consultant in Lithuania (advanced level), qualified to deliver training according to Prosci® methodologies. Lukas has over 10 years of successful leadership and consulting experience, having worked with more than 50 private and public organizations, helping plan and implement organizational changes in culture, strategy, investment, and turnaround projects.

He has gained additional training experience in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Denmark, and Norway, including international accreditations (Prosci, USA) as a change practitioner and advanced consultant. Lukas holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
