“This was one of the best and most valuable trainings I’ve attended. The agenda was very clear – we completed our own DiSC assessments, reviewed all personality types, and had meaningful discussions within our teams. We gained valuable insights and additional learning materials. The Catalyst learning platform used for the DiSC assessments is very helpful and will continue to be a useful tool after the training. I wish DiSC could be done for all employees in Bigbank, this would really help to improve communication and collaboration. Excellent!”
