We support our customers throughout the creation and deployment of the competency model. The activity begins with setting a clear goal and planning the expected impact – what changes are desired to achieve by the implementation of the model? We then prepare competency lists for positions groups and describe competencies through observable behaviors (performance indicators). This is followed by testing, preparing the plan of implementation and training users. The competency model is usually integrated into other personnel planning, feedback and development systems and activities.

- Do the employees in our organization staff exactly what kind of professional behavior is expected from them?
- How are workers are assessed, and based on what is feedback given?
- How are employee development plans prepared in our organization?
