“Prosci Change Practitioner certification and the toolbox I gained really helped me to structure the change process, it clearly defined the outcomes in visual ways and helped to focus on what to do next to create the impact. It allowed me to get projects across in a much shorter time and get things moving. Also, it opened up conversations which otherwise would not have been possible. For example, I would not have been able to get feedback from impacted groups so quickly without the ADKAR questionnaire.”
