Potential Dialogue™ is  a learning tool in a board game format that was created by the Danish organization Learning Design.
The board game is based on GROW model (widely used by coaches all around the world), which allows you to practice conducting coaching interviews and managing the coaching process in a playful way. The board game enables practicing coaching questions and embedding coaching skills addressed during the training session.
