This is a teaching tool in a game table format that allows the organization to carry out a systematic consultation with employees with regard to occupational safety and create a culture of safety where accidents are prevented through team responsibility and caring for each other, rather than through commands and prohibitions.

Safety Dialogue Map:

• is company-specific, i.e. it contains occupational safety-related exercises specific to your organization
• the Map can be played out with one or more groups at one time or as a large forum involving several hundred employees
• all participants are actively involved while playing
