- What was the result we recently achieved by engaging employees in the discussion of the development of the organization? How could we engage people more effectively?
- How many improvement suggestions do we receive from your employees in a day, month, a year?
- How many of them are implemented in real life?
- On a daily basis, how much do our managers use dialogue and engagement in communicating with employees?
